Kaustubh Gold & Minerals Limited is committed to maintaining a culture in which employees, contractors, and third parties feel safe to raise concerns about misconduct, legal violations, or ethical failures without fear of retaliation.
1. Scope of Reportable Concerns
- Suspected or actual violations of applicable law or regulation
- Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or financial crime
- Bribery, corruption, or fraud
- Market manipulation or insider trading
- Human rights violations, forced labour, or child labour in the supply chain
- Health and safety violations endangering employees or third parties
- Serious breaches of KGML policies or Code of Conduct
- Deliberate concealment of any of the above
2. How to Report
Concerns may be reported through: (i) the confidential Whistleblower email: whistleblower@thekaustubh.com; (ii) in writing to the Compliance Officer or Board Chair; (iii) through any relevant external regulatory authority. Reports may be made anonymously.
3. Protection from Retaliation
KGML prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who make good-faith disclosures. Any individual who engages in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
4. Investigation Process
All reports will be acknowledged within five business days. Investigations are conducted confidentially by a designated officer with no personal interest in the outcome.
5. False Allegations
Deliberately false or malicious allegations may result in disciplinary action. The protection against retaliation does not apply to knowingly false reports.
